$2,000 Home Buyer Tax Credit-MCC

This government tax credit has been a boost to the Texas Real Estate market and makes home ownership much easier for Texas buyers that are living in their home as a primary residence. It offers a tax credit to moderate income home buyers on top of all the other tax benefits for owning a home. Home buyers can now receive up to a $2,000 tax credit each year. MCC is something a buyer can take advantage every year. This makes it more valuable than the $8000 one time tax credit of years past. The MCC program offers a tax credit rather than a tax deduction. The difference is this is a direct reduction in the taxes you owe. 30% of the interest on the mortgage up to $2000 is available each year. Some conditions apply and buyers should consult their CPA or the IRS website for more information. ACT NOW and take advantage of this great program!
