$8,000 First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit-
The government is trying to boost the Real Estate market by offering a tax
rebate for first time home buyers on top of all the other tax credits for
owning a home. New home buyers can now receive up to an $8,000 tax credit and $6500 for home owners that have owned a home for 5 years and are buying again.
Some conditions apply and buyers should consult their CPA or the IRS website
for more information. ACT NOW, the house has to be purchased before April
30, 2010.
