Carriage Hills is located in Cedar Park, Texas on FM1431 just west of HWY 183. Carriage Hills is an excellent community for houses under the 200K price point. The community was built by several well known builders in the mid 90’s with a wide range of floor plans.
The community offers, pool, park/playground, and local shopping. Carriage Hills is also part of the award winning Leander school district.
What I like about the community during the time I live there was the location, excellent schools and great neighbors. Within 20 minutes you could be in Round Rock, Austin, Pflugerville, or Leander. You are also close enough to visiting several parks on Lake Travis, great for boating, fishing, camping or just a family outing, or picnic. The schools are amazing, elementary through high school are all excellent. I also enjoy the current growth that cedar park is experiencing. Cedar Park is developing so fast it is hard to stay up on the new construction. This includes sports parks, swimming pools, shopping, businesses, and the new convention center and ice rink.
