Most of the Austin homes in Circle C are under 3500 sqft but if you desire a larger home, not to worry, it’s available. The nice thing about the Circle C Austin neighborhood is golf course lots are available. These tend to be the larger more exclusive homes. They offer hill country views as well as downtown skyline views. For the average buyer this may be more than they want to tackle. The good news is this desirable area in Southwest Austin offers homes for almost all home buyers from the low 100’s to the million dollar golf course mansion in exclusive Circle C and everything in between. Consider the neighborhoods of the Village at Western Oaks, Travis Country, or Legend Oaks. These all offer moderately priced single family homes on private tree lined streets. If you’re looking for a newer home the area South of highway 290/71, West of Brodie, North of Circle C golf course, and East of CR 1826 will offer the best collection of homes. These homes are near parks like Dick Nichols District Park, Slaughter Creek Metropolitan Park, Longview Park, and numerous walking, jogging, and biking trails. In the past few months Southwest Austin homeowners have seen quite an increase in property value in this area. By purchasing early in an upward moving market like this can prove very beneficial in establishing a large amount of equity in your next Austin home. With so many opportunities available around Austin it’s important to do your homework. I have spent considerable time checking out this area and doing the research for you to find it offers buyers a great Austin location to raise a family. It’s close enough if you work in central Austin but far enough to offer quiet living and enjoyment. With its top schools in the Austin Independent School District, excellent restaurants, parks, recreation, entertainment, Lake Austin, Lake Travis, Townlake (Ladybird Lake) and all the things you would expect from a great location, it’s no wonder, so many Austin buyers are flocking to Southwest Austin and Circle C for their next home.
