Buying a foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, bank owned and REO homes in Austin

Purchasing a foreclosure is a good idea in most cases. I have seen lots of opportunities for buyers to get an excellent deal on their next home. I have seen homes discounted from 5% to 20%+ from their actual market value and in most cases the homes only need minor work such as carpet and paint. I have also seen homes that are only a year or two old and are listed at 15% below market
