Drive By Technology:

Drive by tech is another example of the Olson Team being on the cutting edge
of technology. Drive by tech is a new company that will soon be replacing
the need to have a flyer box outside your home. Drive by Tech is a text
messaging service that allows the buyer to receive information about your
house straight to their phone plus a link to our website that shows the full listing.

New Digital Lock Boxes 

The Olson Team utilizes the new MLS digital lock boxes instead of the old
style combo boxes. These boxes are only accessible to other realtors and
only allow access during certain hours of the day. Plus, the REALTOR's
information goes to us to see who has been in the house, at what time and
who they work for.
